Laser measurement system

This system detects moving vehicles. It enables both the localization of the vehicle and the identification of the vehicle’s dimensions. A detected vehicle can be tracked in the sensor range, hence speeds and trajectories can be registered. Moreover, the Laser Measurement System distinguishes several traffic directions, and it is able to measure the distance between vehicles traveling in parallel lanes.
